The general election will be held on November 7, 2017 at St Aloysius Church in Meriden.

There are also two positions open on the Planning & Zoning Board, one member would have to reside inside the City limits and the other member residing outside the City limits, within three miles of the City of Meriden. If interested in becoming a Planning & Zoning member, please contact City Hall at 785-484-3450.
We now offer email billing for your City Utility bill. If you would like to have you bill delivered via email, just call City Hall 785-484-3450 and ask to be registered for this service. You may also choose to have it delivered by card statement and email if you wish.
2017 Holiday Trash Schedule
Memorial Weekend: All routes will be picked up one day late
July 4th: Monday routes will be on regular schedule but all other routes will be picked up one day late
Labor Day: All routes will be picked up one day late
Thanksgiving: Mon, Tues, Wed routes will be picked up on schedule. Thurs/Fri routes are one day late.
Christmas: All routes will be picked up one day late
New Year’s Day 2018: All routes will be picked up one day late

We now accept credit card payments
The City of Meriden is now accepting credit and debit cards. You can make your City Utility & Municipal Court payments over the phone, online or at City Hall. If you would like to VIEW & PAY your City sewer bill on line at meridenks.com, you need to first register with the City office. Just call City Hall, or come in and fill out a registration form. We are hoping this will be an easy process getting everyone registered.
